Today's Stress

If today is any indication of what the days are going to be like till the boss gets back, I just may have to cream someone. The ast mgr is trying to assert her authority while the mgr is on vacation and she is going about it the wrong way. She has some idea that we don't know our jobs and is proceeding to tell us what is to be done and how it is done. Of the four of us that is there right now she is the one who has been there the least amount of time. Yes she was hired as an asst mgr. but she doens't know how to do a lot of things. When she and I close together, I end up helping her with counting the money and finding where the errors are. I am NOT the one who is in charge and she should know what to do. I have never trained to be anything but a cashier at the store. I do have knowledge of accounting things and have been a shift leader where I counted more money than we get at the store. But if you say you have been a mgr or an asst mgr you should have a better knowledge than this lady at what is going on and how to manage people. All I am going to do is what I know to do and try and get through until the mgr gets back on Thursday, April 30. Atleast I don't have to work with the ast mgr a full shift until the mgr gets back.
